Shipping Policy
To ensure every customer receives their ordered apparel safely and completely, we have formulated standardized order processing and global shipping rules, applicable to all orders placed on our official Shopify store:
1 Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, inspected, packaged and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed sequentially on the next working day. We strictly check the style, size, color and quality of each clothing item before shipment to reduce order errors.
2 Delivery Time
For all European and American countries and regions, the standard delivery time is 15 to 30 working days after order shipment. The actual arrival time may be slightly affected by international logistics customs clearance, local postal distribution efficiency and seasonal peak shipping pressure.
3 Shipping Instructions
We provide free standard shipping service for all eligible orders. Customers shall bear the responsibility for accurately filling in the receiving address, contact information and postal code. We will not be liable for delivery delays or loss caused by incorrect customer information. Once the order is shipped, we will update the logistics tracking number in the order details for customers to check the transportation status in real time.
